Repair prices, pickup and return included
Every price is "from" and includes labor and ordinary parts. The $145 pickup and diagnostic comes off the repair. We confirm the final price after the diagnostic, and nothing is done until you approve it.

- The $145 pickup and diagnostic fee is paid when we book the pickup and is credited toward the repair. The balance is paid once the repair is done, before the scooter comes back.
- If you say no to the quote, the $145 covers the pickup, the diagnostic and bringing the scooter back, and that is all you pay.

- Major parts beyond what a job lists — a controller, a motor, a new original pack — are quoted before any work.
- Premium scooters only, roughly $1,000 and up new.
Warranty
The parts we fitted and the work we did — including the cells of a battery we rebuilt — for 90 days from the day the scooter comes back.
Not covered:
- Wear items: tires, tubes, brake pads
- Crashes, water, curb drops and riding damage after the return
- Modifications — controller tuning, over-voltage chargers, aftermarket packs we did not fit
- A different part failing — one we did not replace or repair
