Dualtrons are fast, heavy and built to be serviced. Most come to us with stem play, a worn tire on the hub-motor wheel, a dead display or a tired battery. We pick it up, fix it and bring it back.

Prices are "from", with labor and ordinary parts. We pick the scooter up and bring it back for $145, credited toward the repair. The final price comes after the diagnostic, and nothing is done until you approve it. All prices and the warranty →

What the price includes
- Pickup and return in Southern California, the bench diagnostic and a written quote before any work.
- A test ride on our lot after the repair, both motors and both brakes checked under load.
- Genuine Dualtron parts where they are available; we tell you before fitting anything else.
- 90-day warranty on the repair.
Before we pick it up
- Ride it down to about half charge. Do not charge it to full the night before.
- Fold it if the stem still locks. If the stem is loose or cracked, leave it unfolded and tell us — we bring straps for that.
- Send the charger. Most heavy Dualtrons are two-person lifts: tell us the model and we bring the right vehicle.

Which Dualtron models do you repair?
Thunder 2 and 3, Storm and Storm Limited, Victor, Achilleus, Eagle, Spider, Raptor, Mini, Compact, City and X. Very heavy models like the Dualtron X: tell us when you book so we bring the right vehicle.
Do I have to have bought it from a dealer?
No. We repair any Dualtron, wherever it was bought, in or out of warranty. If it is still under the factory warranty, ask your dealer first — we are an independent shop.
How long does a Dualtron repair take?
About a week from pickup to return. Parts we do not stock — a steering column, a controller — can add a few days, and we tell you before ordering.
What if it is not worth repairing?
If you say no to the quote, the $145 covers the pickup, the diagnostic and bringing the scooter back, and that is all you pay.
