Prices are "from", with labor and ordinary parts. We pick the scooter up and bring it back for $145, credited toward the repair. The final price comes after the diagnostic, and nothing is done until you approve it. All prices and the warranty →

What the price includes
- Pickup and return in Southern California, the bench diagnostic and a written quote before any work.
- A test ride after the repair, with the display, both brakes and the lights checked.
- 90-day warranty on the repair.
Before we pick it up
- Ride it down to about half charge. Do not charge it to full the night before.
- Fold it if the stem still locks safely.
- Send the charger with it.

Which Apollo models do you repair?
Phantom and Phantom 2.0 (52 V and 60 V), Ghost, Pro, City and City Pro, Explore and Air.
Is my Apollo still under warranty?
If it is, ask Apollo first — we are an independent shop, and opening it ourselves could complicate a warranty claim. Out of warranty, we repair any Apollo wherever it was bought.
What if it is not worth repairing?
If you say no to the quote, the $145 covers the pickup, the diagnostic and bringing the scooter back, and that is all you pay.
